You claim these fha and hud have all these no credit check and credit score doesn’t matter. But none of them will help me. I am only asking for 25,000 to provide a home for my children and I fore we will be homeless in a few weeks and no one will do anything because i’ve never borrowed before. No cares. We will be sleeping in my van, all of this is false. I am panicking. And 25000 is not a big risk loan. But does anyone care?

I have believed in working to make a living but now I’ve reached a point in my life that I’m not able to work and my wife cant take on all the burdon herself.
I was a truck driver who got sick on the road and had to be hospitalized. was givin 1 month leave of absence from my company but the doctors took their good ole time and my 30 days ran out. now I have no insurance and no job and cant pay my bills because my wife while she is trying, isnt able to keep up.I’ve been to job and family services but the only thing they can help with is food stamps. they tell me the government wont help people like me because i’ve always worked for a living and not been trapped into their system. have applied to SSI and Disability but it could take years to get this “so I’m told”. We need to be able to pay our rent but would really like to have a house of our own as this was what we have wanted for years.
We are both 53 years old now and I realize I still have a way’s to go for retirement, but we didnt ask to be put in this situation. We truely need help. Oh I know there are people out there that just dont want to work and ask for handout’s all the time and I have helped some people out there that looked like they truely needed some help.
I’m not one who feel’s comfortable asking for help. can someone point me in the right direction for financial help even if it’s only enough to pay 1 month’s rent?

  3. My Sister and I live in our home …since 1962 , it has been the primary address for both of us. It is in forclosure..and sheriff sale pending….but the mortgage company…Seterus…is processing a deed in liew of forclosure…where she could live there until she finds a place to live. We have a lawyer..and Seterus will not speak to us..only to him. While this application is in process, the Lawyers of Seterus continued to process the foreclosure and went to the Sheriff. Date of sale is Oct 21st. The Lawyer says he can get 2 stays only of 2 weeks at a time. My sister is a widow, and she is on disability..she has low income. I help her as I can. She will be HOMELESS if this Sheriff sale goes through. PLEASE HELP US. For more info, please contact me.
Thankyou. Ps…this whole situation with the bank has been a nightmare and a scam, as the original mortgage was predatory. But, our Lawyer did not pursue that thought he could save the house other ways. So, We are desperate for any help. Yes, if we could buy our home….or any small home..apt…. with your help we would. Thankyou. God Bless you.
